Taco rice (Taco Bowl, topping contents of taco on the steamed rice)

Frankly speaking, I did not know Taco Rice that is very popular in Okinawa in Japan.
When I lived in LA, my friends recommended us to enjoy topping the contents of Taco on steamed rice, and I tried it. It was wonderful. I did know Taco Rice in Okinawa later. They say that American soldiers, who were in American base in Okinawa, brought Taco in Okinawa that was the root of Taco Rice in Okinawa. But the Taco Rice in Okinawa is far from the Taco because Okinawa Tako Rice includes Catsup and Chilli source. I personally feel it strange.
My home Taco Rice is basically a kind of Taco Rice Bowl with topping of American and/or Mexican Taco contents on the steamed rice. For example, the pictured Taco Rice is built with steamed rice in the bottom, then topping with cooked ground beef with MacCormik seasoning, carved lettuce, fried egg, guacamole with MacCormik seasoning, Chilli beans bought at 99c shop in USA, salsa bought at Costco in Japan. It is wonderful.
